Olivia Palermo collaboration

Olivia Palermo is my ultimate fashion icon. Since she first appeared on our screens in MTV’s The City I have lusted after her amazing fashion sense and ability to always look chic and flawless.

So when Olivia announced her nail polish collection with UK beauty brand Ciate London, I wanted in! She has created the three must have nail polish shades just in time for summer in the US: nude pink, blood red and coral.

On my recent trip to Hawai’i I made sure to purchase the colours, which are available from Sephora, and they did not disappoint! Olivia can do no wrong! “My hands and feet are always matching” she said to Elle in her latest interview. She is just too perfect!

Red is my personal favourite, I visit my local nail salon every fortnight for my Shellac manicure but I will be giving this a try! The packaging is to pretty to open!

Parisian beauty buys

When in Paris, one must visit the pharmacy. French pharmacies are stocked with amazing beauty buys at reasonable prices. You could spend hours searching through a sea of products (and other customers). It’s no wonder French women have the most amazing completion. And the best part? You don’t need to fly half way across the globe to purchase these beauties any longer, Australian pharmacies are now introducing these cult beauty buys for your convince.
Although, who wouldn’t rather go to Paris?!?!
Parisian pharmacies are on every corner, but my favourite is Citypharma 26 Rue du Four Paris, conveniently located near Café de Flore.

Here are some of my favourites:

Bioderma Crealine H2O

, it’s gentle, removes makeup, softens your skin, and does not dry you out. Perfect for sensitive skin and wiping away all traces of makeup when you cannot be bothered to cleanse in the shower after a big night out!

Klorane Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk
This top-rated dry shampoo cleanses, volumizes and adds shine.

It is a total life saver! Doesn't leave a white residue in my hair.

Avene Thermal Spring Water
, dubbed “Magic Water in a Can,” it is simply water in a can however has been known to set make up, clear acne and much more!

Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentre 24 Hour Miracle Cream
, this cream has a celebrity cult following which acts as it’s a moisturiser, a makeup-removing cleansing cream, an after-shave cream, a makeup primer, a mask, and a cleansing lotion for babies and children. It has a light, fluffy texture that is gentle enough for sensitive skin and will hydrate even the driest skin during wintertime.

Now with Christmas, New Year and my travels out of the way there is no other way to start Pret-a-Paige for 2014 than a post from Paris!
